This is a great, very simple side dish for any lunch or dinner. Steamed peas with rice. It’s that simple! I followed the instructions on the bag for the peas and added some olive oil and salt before plating. For the rice, I soaked it, replaced the water, added salt and olive oil and put it in the rice cooker for about 25 minutes. Voila and there you have it, a visually appealing gluten free side to any meal!
